David W. Piar, CPA, MAcc

About Me: My name is David Piar.  I went to North Olmsted High School which is a west side suburb of Cleveland.  My senior year I participated in a post-secondary program with LCCC where I went to college instead of high school and got credit for both high school and college.  I then participated in the University Partnership Program with Kent State University to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I then transferred to Cleveland State University to obtain my master’s degree in Accounting. I became a CPA in 2013.  I started working when I was 15 years old.  I worked as a union carpenter full time during the day and attended college full time at night to complete my bachelor’s degree.  I got an internship with Sherwin Williams while attending Cleveland State University.  I worked full time during the day and attended night classes.  I graduated without any student loan debt.  I started at Flight Services & Systems in 2011 as a Staff Accountant.  I worked my way up to an Accounting Supervisor and then Controller reporting directly to the CEO.  I started my current job in 2015 as the Financial Operations Supervisor.

I would love to help you with your financial needs which may include fractional Controller/CFO roles, accounting and bookkeeping, consulting on best practices and internal controls, and tax preparation services.
